  3. the rent that these truck owners are charging is their normal rate or they are taking the advantage of this situation and charging way high than their regular rates if so then u should involve city officials and let them know about this coz.this is not money making business these truck owners also should contribute their shares by renting truck without charge or if they can't survive without taking rent then atleast they should charge at least 30% less than their orginal rate. i think they know that this is for flood victims so they should be lenient in their price rather than charging way high than the normal rate....it is very disappointing......
